SongForYou provides custom song creation services. We create personalized, professionally produced songs based on the information and preferences you provide during the ordering process.

2. Your Rights & Usage

Upon delivery and full payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use your custom song for:

• Personal listening and enjoyment
• Sharing with friends and family
• Posting on personal social media accounts
• Playing at personal events (weddings, birthdays, etc.)

Commercial Use: The license does not include commercial use (advertisements, brand campaigns, products for sale, etc.). For commercial licensing, please contact us separately.

3. Our Rights

We retain the underlying rights to the music composition and production. We may use portions of the work (without your private details or identifying information) for portfolios, demos, or promotional purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

4. Content Submission

By submitting information for your custom song, you confirm that:

• You have the right to share all text, names, and materials you submit
• You are not including copyrighted lyrics, melodies, or recordings owned by others
• The information you provide does not violate any third party's rights

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to infringe on someone else's intellectual property or other rights.

5. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revisions as outlined at the time of purchase. Revisions are limited to adjustments within the scope of your original brief—they do not include complete rewrites or fundamental changes to the song's direction.

6. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on order volume and complexity. We'll communicate with you if any delays are expected. Rush delivery options, when available, are subject to additional fees.

7. Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you're unsatisfied with your song after using your included revisions, please contact us and we'll work to find a solution.
